1. DEFINITIONS

1.7. User or You – a legal entity or individual registered on the Website or a person who has visited the Website at least once, including without registration. In the process of using the Website, the User acquires the status of a personal data subject.

1.8. Products – any goods, works, or services manufactured, performed, or offered by the Company for the needs of the User through the Website.

1.9. Website – the website www.vitarislabs.com.ua administered by the Company, including its mobile versions and applications (if any), which is an online service designed for Users to search for information about Products sold directly by the Company.

1.10. Consent – any voluntary, specific, informed, and unambiguous expression of will by the User, made by submitting a statement or performing clear affirmative actions to confirm consent to the Company’s processing of personal data. The User’s consent is given by ticking a box on an electronic page or in an electronic file processed in the information system based on documented software and technical solutions.

3.3. The Company does not collect information about racial or ethnic origin, political, religious or ideological beliefs, membership in political parties and trade unions, criminal convictions, as well as data concerning health, sexual life, biometric or genetic data.

3.4. The Website is not intended for users under the age of 14.

3.5. To make Website visits more convenient, track visits, and improve service quality, the Company collects Cookie files.

3.6. Personal data processing is carried out by the Company in accordance with the purpose of such processing and in compliance with this Policy and applicable legislation of Ukraine.

3.10. The Company collects the following categories of Cookies:

Strictly necessary cookies (strictly necessary cookies) that are essential for the proper functioning of the Website. 5.4. Persons who have access to personal data, including those who process it, are liable in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine in case of violation of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”.

5.5. Company employees who have access to personal data, including those who process it, are obliged not to disclose personal data in any way that has been entrusted to them or that became known to them in connection with the performance of their professional, official, or labor duties.

6. CONDITIONS FOR TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD PARTIES

6.1. The Company transfers your personal data (provides access to it) to third parties in accordance with the purposes of its processing. By giving consent to the processing of personal data, you also agree to such transfer. Such transfer always takes place in accordance with this Policy and the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”.
